Resilience is a powerful word which is used a lot nowadays. It is more than a buzz word really. There are many lesson plans online if you search in google.

Download free Lesson Plans for Teaching Resilience to Children, a 175-page book written by Lynne Namka in Arizona which is truly amazing and a Resource Pack for Tutor Groups and Pastoral School Staff called The Resilient Classroom developed by Hove Park School in Brighton. An interesting read is the short article Resilience Assembly by Ross Morrison McGill in Teacher Toolkit, one of the ‘most influential blogs on education in the UK’.

With this post I would like to introduce to you 2 videos you can use in your lesson when you teach your students HOW to be resilient and develop resilience even in their relationships. It is definitely a life skill and every teacher in any setting should pass it on to their pupils.
